Kristie Frizsell ABR

I am a broker with CENTURY 21® and have been selling real estate in the Asheville area and surrounding communities since 1996. I loved raising my children here, a wonderful outdoor atmosphere and an urban center. I grew up in a military family and have moved many times both stateside and overseas. I have completed two Avon Walk fundraisers for Breast Cancer awareness and  was a team captain for Relay for Life for all cancer awareness. The experiences were so overwhelming and positive and created everlasting memories I will cherish always.
 I feel education is a key factor in a successful real estate venture. I  take many update courses every year and attend conventions to keep me current, informed, and motivated. Currently, I just finished earning my certificate in the Workforce Housing Program. A program designed to expand housing opportunities for America's working families like teachers, firefighters, police officers, restaurant and laundry workers. We work together with homebuilders, lenders, mayors, non-profits and chambers of commerce to expand  housing opportunites for low-to-moderate income working families. I am very excited to be a part of this new and monumental program. 
People and homes are my business and there is a home out there for everyone.
 Current market conditions are a challenge but homeownership is still an attainable goal.  I am in the business to keep my business growing and being your REALTOR® for life.
